Alex Fallon
Alex Fallon has over twenty years of international economic development experience having worked in Canada, Europe and Asia.
Most recently, Alex was appointed President and CEO of Sparrow Hawk Developments, the economic development corporation for Peepeekisis Cree Nation.
From 2014 to 2022 Alex was CEO of the Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority where he led the organization to several municipal, national, and international economic development awards.
Prior to that, he worked in industry (Cameco Corporation), provincial government (Ministry of the Economy) and international business development with the UK government.
Alex has a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws. In 2012, he was appointed as the first ever British Honorary Consul to Saskatchewan. He’s has been awarded two national honors; The Sovereign’s Medal and the Queen Elizabeth Platinum Jubilee Medal for services to Canada and Saskatchewan.
He is also an author having published ‘All I Have is Words’ in 2022, an anthology of his poems.
In 2023, he founded the Western Canada Economic Forum to showcase the strength of the western economy and promote trade and investment with Western Canada.
